What you can do to help keep the watershed healthy...
  • Come to a Clackamas River Basin Council Meeting and learn more about the watershed;
  • Join a Volunteer Council Committee to help implement projects
  • Volunteer with us on stream and riverside enhancement projects on your land; FREE TREES
  • Keep pesticides, fertilizers and animal waste out of the water;
  • Answer a Volunteer Classified below!
Special Events Volunteers Wanted. Help us staff our display at community and school events.

Communications Volunteer Wanted. Help us with our website and e-communications.

Join the Clackamas Stream Team and join our work parties to remove invasive species and plant native trees at restoration sites.

Clackamas River Basin Council Volunteer Committees:

The Clackamas River Basin Council welcomes citizen participation. All are welcome at our monthly council meetings, typically the third Thursday of the month at 6 p.m. Contact us for location and agenda. We also welcome participation on our Fish and Wildlife, Land Use and Outreach and Education committees. Committees typically meet on an as needed basis. Contact Committee Chairs or info@clackamasriver.org to find out about committee projects and how you can get involved.
