The CRBC works to enhance stream health by planting trees in riparian areas
An REI-sponsored work party removes invasive species and plants native trees at the confluence of Spring and Clear Creeks
Each September, the CRBC co-sponsors the Down the River Cleanup, a volunteer event where river users remove garbage from the Lower Clackamas River
Students put salmon carcasses in Clear Creek to add nutrients to the aquatic food chain
Each year the flotilla of Down the River Clean Up volunteers removed over 2 tons of refuse from the river...
...including a giant tire!
The CRBC removes culverts that block fish passage...
...and replaces them with culverts that encourage fish passage...
...or bridges that fish can swim under
The CRBC heads the Stash the Trash campaign, which encourages river users to throw away their garbage
Elementary students learn from high school students "teachers" at WET (Water Education Time) Day
High school students teach younger students about aquatic insects at WET (Water Education Time) Day
The CRBC teamed up with the City of Estacada in 2006 to create a bioswale between the new library and and Wade Creek
